Of course, Barcelona management must think about all decisions in targeting their targets because if they force themselves, of course the other option is that they have to get an injection of funds by selling old players. Yes, that is the right solution rather than having to pay in installments to the players they buy and also regarding salaries, of course this will make them have to think twice before completing their targets.

Barcelona is certainly hampered by finances in the transfer market, therefore some of their targets have turned to other teams because other teams have healthy finances in the competition to buy players. Of course, their rivals are stronger and have sufficient quality and that is why Barcelona is trying to balance this by targeting lots of quality players in the transfer market.
The problem that Barcelona have always faced is that they always don't want to lose their players for sale and prefer to let them run out of contracts without any continuation and indeed that has happened in the last few seasons.

There were several opportunities to improve their financial condition by selling some players who were considered valuable but in the end it never happened for Barcelona because indeed they did not want to lose their players but they also could not make their financial condition better.
In the last couple of seasons we have seen a lot of bids for De Jong and Ansu Pati that were eventually dashed by the drama they created.
They always brought in a lot of players in the Xavi Era but very few of them took out players which made things complicated and now in preparation for the new season which will start in a few weeks they are quite struggling to find additional funds to buy players.
