There is a big red flag for this service.
OP is selling a dishonest service, certainly not allowed by the casino. Risking money with a fake verification almost certainly leads to losing it.
At the same time, how can you trust the OP that he will not misuse the fact that he knows "someone's" personal information, or account? He can always report to Stake that someone has stolen his account and request a recovery with new access info.
