I think that you look at the actual narrative of it, the crypto market isn't crashing but we've seen Bitcoin get back to $68k today. And for the others and everything, they're following what Bitcoin is up to. I am holding and buying the dip, there's nothing new with this strategy and all of us should do the same.
I've found some key reasons:

Regulatory concerns: Stricter rules.
Environmental impact: Bitcoin mining issues.
Market manipulation: Whales influencing prices.
Tech challenges: Scalability, security problems.
These are the narratives of why it should crash. There's more to it, don't forget about political issues too. But these are all fundamentals that do affect Bitcoin's price but not as of the moment.
