Far as I know, and as I mentioned above, unfortunately casino [any casino, not just Rollbit] doesn't have control on how long it takes for an investigation by a provider to conclude. They're a third party independent to Rollbit [or other casinos] that Rollbit can't influence their queue and/or method. I'll advise some patience. It usually won't take months as previously mentioned.
Finally! Happy to hear from you @Rollbit Razer , Would you know how long these usually take? The last time I had a review from Evolution, it took about ~8 days.
