I don't think it was THAT bad. You can have multiple favorite times in a day, at least.

Anyway, I think the only time I lied was during my early days? As I've shared before I was playing poker already with my friends back in hs, and was in a relationship. My partner abhorred the idea of me gambling (or at least, gambling with money, not poker itself) so whenever I was playing, I always told her that we were just playing with cards, no money involved. There came a point though where I was caught red handed so had no choice but to confess Tongue. Naturally I had to stop but eh, we eventually broke up and here I am gambling again.

Gambling affects you as a  person and gradually everything around you,, you will lose a lot of good relationships, of all the addictions in the world it's the worst, a close friend of mine  that was about to get married to his finance but she called off the wedding due to his gambling addiction, few months later he lost his job cause he was caught using some clients money to gamble, I've had my own terrible experiences as well, I'm also a gambler but all I can say is you should try to fight it  and restrict yourself

Yes, maybe I would also say that the situation you told about something experienced by one of your friends is included in the category of one of the worst impacts caused by addiction, or simply and the point is the impact of addiction can really thwart all the plans we have especially those related to money, and about your friend I am sure he is a gambler who has now reached a fairly chronic level of addiction, because he is really desperate to use money for something very important in life such as wedding expenses just to gamble.

So that's the only reason why we always say the following also by suggesting to anyone to only treat gambling with an approach that suits our abilities, and besides that we must also remain careful and maintain awareness in ourselves, because basically gambling addiction can occur without the gambler realizing it himself.
