After long time of community complains, backlogs in withdrawals, the Freebitco.in team started to investigate the issue and resolve it partially before completely resolve email issues some weeks ago.
They appointed a new customer support staff, with a new account, but that staff had very limited activities in the forum. The account was inactive many days, no comments, but after a long time of complain again, the staff replied but
the last comment is four days ago.
I agree with you that being active here daily and proactively answer community questions, user requests for support is better. Freebitco.in team and that staff must move forwards with this approach if they don't want to see reputation damage becomes bigger with time.
