I don't expect teams like Girona and Bologna to do well in the Champions League next season. However, there is no doubt that both these teams have played brilliantly in the last season. Maybe I am more inclined to Bologna than Girona, maybe in terms of play Girona is far superior to Bologna, but the achievement of Bologna players up to this point and playing in the Champions League is an extraordinary achievement for Bologna, because this is the first time Bologna has played back in the Champions League. Bologna last appeared in European competition in 1964.
I don't want to underestimate the game of Bologna or Girona because both have shown their capacity as big clubs from their respective Leagues, so in my opinion all the clubs that appear in the Champions League are certainly the top teams from their respective country's Leagues, so in my opinion Bologna will be able to compete with big clubs in the group phase.
