A representation as this will tend to paint Satoshi as a frightening figure. You can blure it such that you can't see him visibly but paint it such that  a portion of him touches on every part of the art.

Since from your art on newbies, you've already design something that shows how uninformed and scattered some of them are, placing a pizza around them could also tell the story behind the whole Bitcoin pizza day celebration.
