The Europa League is the second caste after the Champions League, from there we can already judge how popular they will get. It is also impossible for the second caste to be better than the main competition in Europe. Next season, I expect more people to watch get interested in the Europa League because of the top European teams that'll participate in the competition.
Basically the teams that do not qualify for the Champions League qualify for the Europa League. Opponents in the European League are somewhat easier. In this case it is easier for those teams to perform in the Europa League tournament which have a record of competing in the Champions League.
Liverpool have qualified for the Champions League every season but last season we saw them qualify for the Europa League so this team is considered the best team in the Europa League. Next season Manchester United will play in the European League and football experts consider this team as the favorite in the next season. But the biggest thing here is which team is doing well on the field.
Although Manchester United is ahead in the book-pen, if the other team does well on the field, then that team can win the European League.
