They just can't finish this transfer window without making a proper transfer to the attacking line. Raphinha isn't a reliable player. They need a more consistent winger to the left side.

Yes if Barcelona sells Vitor Roque they surely gonna raise funds to buy other players since Nico William is staying back at Athletic Bilbao, maybe Barcelona couldn't meet his transfer terms hence their inability to reach a concrete understanding with Athletico Bilbao for the purchase of the player. The attacking region of Barcelona really needs an extra player who will work with Raphinha who is not in much good form so that they can have a strong attacking force coupled with the ability of the right winger Lamine Yamal who is also in a very good form since the EURO tournament. They also need a left winger who will also substitute Ansu Fati who is not much in a very good form as well.
Already it's clear that Barcelona might not meet up signing Nico William again so even if they don't have plan B they should make use of the available players and manage them perfectly to be able to withstand the pressure of the new season. I know this is a very critical moment for Hansi Flick and he needs a lot of wisdom at this time to be able to achieve a favourable results for the team.
