Well it did manage to go to $70k after the Trump speech and most likely this is the news that everyone wanted to hear and see that's why the price manage to go as high as $70k and this might be seen in TA and so they predicted that we could have a break out run.
Unfortunately, it was not sustained at all, so we might say that TA is not that accurate or not guarantee to be true at all instance. That's why others look for like the fundamentals instead of the technical.
