See it yourself. It speculated about further decline and bullish scenario. This is what I hate about predictions. Most times they are useless. Do you know another thing that can piss your off, if you check another site, you will see the analyst saying a different thing. As some will take the bull side, others will take the bear side. If you read a prediction, do not be surprised if the prediction did not go the direction of the analyst. I have stopped in believing in predictions since many years ago.
