Found out you not facing this problem by (Provider Check) the first time, can we ask what they're looking for? from your previous case. I mean, kinda curious cause my gambling activity on (Live-Casino). The beauty of live casinos should be no verification cause the result is being dealt with in real-time. Unless, they set up the wrong card like:the card it's 9 spades but it's getting integrated to 6 spade < usually they will check the ID Bet after so many report from the player. Meanwhile for other case like miss deal the card, they always solved those live either re scanned the card / just void the bets.

So, actually curious to see what they're looking for based on your previous case.
