Between this thread and the actual doing of push-ups, it’s funny how the introduction to this challenge suddenly made doing push-ups such a big part of my life. I’ve got a decent routine now of riding on a stationary bike daily and doing some stairs, but I think I want to start working to “bulletproof” my knees. Adding some knee dips to the daily routine and am going to start making it a point to sit on my heels and do some stretches while I’m already on the ground doing push-ups.
