As they prefer. It's all the same, they'll have access to the same support regardless of the method of contact used. PMs are checked at least twice a day in all cases. If for any reason it's preferable to use an internal email or internal ticket, we'll let them know.
For questions asked in the ANN relating to the service but not directly to specifics orders/exchanges, we will make a grouped answer punctually.
