1. Achievement conditions:

In the GameFi, lead a team of 3 or more leaders.

2. Rank rewards:

①. A one-time reward of DRN worth $1333;

②. After the company's assessment, those whose comprehensive scores meet the requirements will receive a monthly DRN worth $533 and DRN reward of 2% of the team's new contribution value;

③.Monthly DRN bonus of 3% of the new contribution value of your team as a marketing subsidy.

④.If there is a manager of the same level in the team, they can enjoy a DRN reward of 10% of the manager’s new contribution;

⑤.If there is a high-level director in the team, they can enjoy a DRN reward of 5% of the director’s new contribution;

Note: The above rewards will be issued in the form of DRN (converted by 24h trading average price) to the UM Club account.

II. Director

1. Achievement conditions:

In the GameFi, lead a team with 3 or more managers.

2. Rank rewards:

①. A one-time reward of DRN worth $2666;

②. After the company's assessment, those who meet the comprehensive score requirements will receive a monthly DRN worth $1,066 and DRN reward of 1% of the team's new contribution value;

③.Monthly DRN bonus of 2% of the new contribution value of your team as a marketing subsidy.

④. If there is a director of the same level in the team, they can enjoy DRN reward of 10% of the director's new contribution;

Note: The above rewards will be issued in the form of DRN (converted by 24h trading average price) to the UM Club account.
