so who can participate in the alpha ? stake holders or absolutely everyone ?

Phase 0: core devs
Phase 1: core team
Phase 2: absolutely everyone
No idea how long one phase lasts. It will depend on how well things work and on how much data devs want to collect.
Looks like everything is going smoothly. Hopefully I can get involved to the beta test.
