How can it be called a scam when no one has invested in the tap game on Telegram?
Anything you waste your time in and not fruitful can be called scam. People are expecting money in return but what if they are disappointed? The sisappointment can even be about the developers giving money that are not worth it and later if the coin fall significantly making the money more worthless.
I was under the impression that when someone invests money into a project and that project does not deliver or leave without any reason then that is considered a scam. I was not aware that scam has a broader viewpoint when dealing with cryptocurrency. My point is why will they scam a community that is bigger than NOT coin's community whose concept they copied by making some changes to the game? The free $NOT token did give a lot of individuals free money which everyone enjoyed, who does not love free money

Both of you are right but from different angles, but for a fact, we can't declare Hamster Kombat a scam for now, although there have been a delay from their promising date, still yet we can't say they scam since they are very much active, and as we know in cryptocurrency market anything can happen and this is not the first a d last case where projects will failed to meet up with their given dates, so let expect something from the team as this project have gained alot of popularity and support from most newbies cryptocurrency hunters who still believe in bounties and hypes.
But let come to define what is scam and what is not scam, first let say Charles Tim was direct in declaring them scam since the have failed to deliver on their promises, since cryptocurrency bounty hunters have invested time and money on mining those coins on telegram, so if Their failed to give the promised return for the enhancement it means Hamster Kombat is scam, but if their get listed and distributed that means they deliver on promises, let see how it goes, but this is cryptocurrency industry anything can happen.
