That's the difference of how campaigns are being handled here as compared to telegram. But only for btc or USDT-paying campaigns. Your payment is mostly assured especially if it is being managed by trustworthy campaign managers. Whereas, in telegram, there are tons of campaigns but only few of them will end up paying their promoters.
it's also putting too much authority to the developers of the project to try play around with the rewards tbh, so many cases where the project just outright deny distribution of rewards or over vesting the reward that it become useless and then it become a total waste of time for the participant, not to mention something like galxe, sometime the dev just outright don't reward the hundred thousand participant who marketed their project because there is no promised reward to begin with.
