The English summer transfer window officially opened on the 14th of July 2024. Surprisingly, the rate of transfer has been very slow, although some clubs had gone about their businesses in the market before the window was opened. Liverpool is the only club to have not brought in a player. I don’t really understand what’s going on with them, but I feel they’re waiting on departures before they can bring in someone.
