I would trade it for half the price on DNM for Monero, not all at once to not get robbed by the market admins.
Then wait for the upcoming FCMP upgrade and do many transfers from safe place over TOR and from VM to be certain it's washed clean.

I would keep it in Monero because going back to any transparent network would get me caught and trade smaller amounts for FIAT when needed
