They do because if money is being traced, Quin said ages ago they would supply any information demanded to give a money trail for that cash.    I dont see how they could not do that much and expect to continue existence.

BTC isnt money officially but in a world when official cash is such a weak standard, government will always be in some contact with global sized companies and FBC is one of the largest of its type so I presume they are involved by necessity.   The implication being if you didnt comply you'd be in danger of messing with sanctions or terrorism fund sources, public funds embezzlement all flavors which make it so all bets are off at that point.
