To be honest, I don't expect anything better from the Chelsea team next season. My guess is Chelsea will be in the top 10 of the points table. However, the team will not be able to qualify for the Champions League or the Europa League.
Chelsea have won only the match against Club America out of three friendly matches. Chelsea won this match 3-0. But Chelsea could not win the match against Wrexham. Chelsea even lost 4-1 against Celtic. From this it can be assumed that the Chelsea team is not in a good rhythm this season. It is much more difficult to consistently perform well against the strong teams in the Premier League. I don't think Chelsea players will be able to consistently perform well in Premier League matches.
If the Chelsea management had not changed their coach this season, maybe we would have seen a better performance from Chelsea. Because we saw consistently good performances from Chelsea players in the last few matches of the previous season.
since changing the owners Chelsea's performance not so prominent compared with previous owner, I don't know what the problem is, but as far as i can see Chelsea experienced significant changes, and they have a hard time competing with top club on premier league. they are look like lost the leadership which made them successful as before. Yes it is almost the same like Manchester United who has since been left Alex Fergusen experiencing the worst times in their history. Maybe their fate will be the same with this session if they don't full changed their formation team.

Chelsea have changed coaches several times in the last few seasons. Chelsea management is not keen to be patient. They want results very quickly. Quick results are never possible in football. I don't know why Thomas Tuchel was fired. Chelsea management may have forgotten that Tuchel helped them win the Champions League. However, Tuchel was sacked. Chelsea management changed coach 5 times after sacking Tuchel. But still no benefit is seen. Chelsea's performance has worsened by the day.
Chelsea's overall performance stabilized under Pochettino last season. But at the end of the season Chelsea management decided to sack coach Poch as well. I don't understand what the Chelsea management really want.
