Yeah, they should definitely do that. Another thing they could do is link to the support account from their official eXch Bitcointalk profile. Under "Other contact info" on their profile page, they have information about AltcoinsTalks and I guess they can't touch that. Perhaps they can add it to the MSN or AIM lines that no one uses anyways.
