But what's the negative about fans that want their coach to win a title when the club that is coached is called Chelsea? Chelsea should be chasing the tittle if they want fans still come to stamford bridge. but yeah it's a bit difficult especially they are in the best league in the world, maybe with the current composition of players now, chelsea will be the champion if they are in a league where the competition is not tight like ligue 1 or eredivisie. Chelsea have to fight hard right now, the team on premier league getting stronger day by day with many large investors invest their money on the club. I don't think if just equating them Chelsea able to be a champion because some clubs have already gone ahead to recruit the new best player and coach.
Todd Boehly has invested a lot of money now to build Chelsea into a title contender, but Todd Boehly should also have the patience to see Chelsea become champions in the future because after all investing a lot of money does not guarantee that they will immediately become champions in leagues and European competitions, because it takes a lot of time for the process of developing a team and this is not easy to do although they have a great coach, and even Guardiola, Klopp and Arteta need time to bring the team they train to become a challenger for the title so far in the EPL, the only thing that must be done by Todd Boehly is giving Enzo Maresca time now so that they can fulfill all the hopes of fans who want to see their team winner again,the English league is a very competitive league and no team has been guaranteed to can win the English league before season end so far.
On a sincere note, I don't have no problem with Todd boehly and co if they are spending rightly, the major reason am really pissed off by the approach of Todd boehly is that, he just want to be at the forefront of everything, without acknowledging the fact that their are professional that knows how to do this recruitment jobs, and wouldn't be exploited the way he is being exploited.
Ok let's look at the kind of players he is been busy signing into the team since he took over from roman abrahimovic, like 90% of them are just kids, do he thinks the English premier league is and under 21 competition?
Even though some of these players might comes in handy in the future, but the team needs reliable and experience players now, like in the next four to five years, by then most of this young lads will be ready to step up, but right now, they are just kids that aren't ready to compete, so in my own opinion, they should try to sign experience players into the team, so that they can blend with the team, because in football, experience is very much important if they really want to compete and comes out on top, in the fourth coming season.
