I have no impression on Maresca and even he is a good coach, he will need time to adapt to first job at a biggest club in his career. It's not easy to change from a small, average club to a big club like Chelsea with so much expectation and pressure. He will be given more money for transfers, have more star players to use but pressure is simply huge and it isn't easy to deal with.
I really didn't think that Chelsea and Pochettino will separate each other at the end of last season. Difference in plans for future forces them to separate each other and Chelsea will possibly pay high cost in a new season that will begin soon.
