I have been watching Smith Rowe closely while he was at Arsenal and he is actually quite a talented player but has been hampered by the tight competition to get many minutes. Occasionally I only see him come off the bench and I think players like him will start to get tired if they don't get certainty.
Here Fulham moved quickly to be able to move him from Arsenal and they got a player who was badly needed by the club. A 5-year deal is not bad and with this Smith Rowe will certainly be very happy because he will get more playing minutes and can be a mainstay for the club he plays for.
