Let's hope there'll be significant positive changes in the Chelsea team but we shouldn't expect magic to happen. It will still follow a normal process. So, if they eventually see the top 4 this time around, it should be counted for Chelsea as a big achievement. It must not be to win the EPL as I know that Chelsea cannot win EPL this season.
