You are right mate, personally I do take every winning I make from gambling as free money
To get which you spend your personal time. In general, this money is not very "
free".
And also, for the sake of this "
free" money you risk your "
expensive" money, earned by hard work at work (or any paid activity).
How do you perceive losses in gambling? As charity for the benefit of the casino?

Yeah, I know it's not really free money because the money spent on the bet was gotten from hard labor. Someone once said that nothing is free in this life and that anything that is said to be free must have been paid for by someone else, and I agree that the expenses of any pronounced free must have been covered by somebody's hard-earned money.
Actually, I don't know if I perceive gambling losses as a charity benefit for the casino (but definitely it is the benefit of the casino); I just see gambling losses as something that must happen in order for the casino owners to make a profit. Every entrepreneur expects to make a profit from whatever business they are doing, and if there're no losses from gamblers, casinos won't make a profit.
I use the small winning I get to archive what ever little needs it can fill at that moment, if it can buy me one dozen of beer 🍻, do me a one month or two month data subcribription and pay for some online tool subscription, then I will be cool.
Do you immediately withdraw small winnings from your casino account?
Well, it depends on how small the profit is. Let's assume I deposited $10 and placed some bets on a few matches and won like $40 or more. I can withdraw $30 immediately and just retain my initial deposit.
