So, considering the above, don't you think it's better to stay with casinos where kyc is mandatory but you are sure you won't get scammed, than running away from kyc only to end up losing your money to scammers.
There are levels to KYC and not all casinos require users to submit documents... especially if they aren't whales or suspicious. So it differs between platforms and can't be generalized.
However, I don't believe the KYC-free casinos will be free forever, in my experience they will ask for KYC at some point, so you're basically risking yourself for scam casinos and if you're lucky and find legit KYC-free casinos, you'll account will be limited at some point if you don't do KYC.
Just stick with the highly reputable casinos. There are many of them and some only require KYC Level 0.
