I agree with your opinion and it is also learning from my own experience of 7 years in cryptocurrencies landscape that eventually market always recovers after every crash though it might take longer than expected time, typically Bitcoin takes the lead, with  alts following it a little bit later.

It is important to note that all altc coin will not recover in bullish market, therefor invest in alts after through research and in vest only in those coins which are backed by professional team who create real life use case of their coin.
