Its Dogs. I think it may be a scam bot. Looks suspicious to me because I never heard a receiver must have funds to receive any token.
Anyway, just be careful now with airdrops because there are many other types of fraud from bots that resemble legitimate bots, fearing that when you fill TONS in your wallet and connect to the bot it will drain your funds so this is what you need to worry about.
If you suspect this airdrop then leave it.
I think it's better to use the new Wallet if some airdrops on the TON network require a wallet connection.
I also participated in the DOGS airdrop and I used a new wallet that I filled up with only 1 $TON and nothing more.

Now there are many similar types of airdrops because of the success of Notcoin and airdrops that use telegram bots are also vulnerable to being infiltrated by phishing links or malware, so be more careful and do your research before doing it.
Yeah that's a lot of advice in working on airdrops use a new wallet not with the main wallet this will be more risky.
Same, working on the DOGS airdrop on the bot but only a few tasks were completed and even then the new wallet has never done any transactions and has never been filled with $TON, even I don't care about the eligibility later.

Telegram is usually a hotbed of fraud, there can be many fake bot imitations resembling the original, so you have to be careful, never be tempted by unreasonable offers and always verify correctly before doing it.
