because of the ETH drop the balance became worth only $4.7mil, so i took out $100k ( 40 eth) and turned it to $1m (420 eth). so the balance is worth around $5.8mil right now aka still $6mil (2428 eth specifically)

textbook traits of a compulsive gambler. The market will go up and down; do not chase losses.
50% of something is better than 100% of nothing, so I urge you to stop touching your balance until your case gets resolved and you get your cash out. Why are you giving them exactly what they want? If you lose your balance, there will be nothing to fight for.
