Reading the post on the previous page it doesn't say that the missed wof will be credited when the issue is resolved, but I guess it will be credited otherwise it would be a disservice to their users and would only lower their trust in them which has already been quite low in recent times due to the issues that have arisen.
The last time it happened I wasn't credited with anything or even return the WOF that was lost

As things are going now, I am less hopeful that they will manage it better. I had problems with a WoF, which gave an error, and after a while I tried again and it worked. But I no longer have anything on the site. I play the free game from time to time and the WoFs I get because I don't trust them.
