What difference would it make if you own a credit card instead of a bank account? Once you own a credit card, you are automatically entrusting your funds with a third party who is vested with the responsibility of loading funds into your card. You'll also have to do KYC just like you would do with the traditional banks and that ofcourse means no privacy and decentralization.
