With a team like Bayern it's quite realistic to win within his league, but he'll still have to try, as having a team like that alone doesn't really do anything, so the only hope really is that Kompany realises what kind of team he's come to. After serving in this position successfully for a few years he will be able to manage teams as good as this one.
