This will depend on the project and their requirements before you can receive their token. I don’t really fancy projects asking for gas fees in order to claim their tokens especially those that their token is worthless, you’ll just end up spending your money and getting little or nothing in return for it. Although most of the telegram based apps I have seen their airdrops, excepts notcoin that first launched and didn’t ask for any gas fees, most of the coming ones after it asked for it and none of them have done well in the market like notcoin did till date. So if you feel the project is worth spending on, you can send TON to your wallet and use it as gas fees to receive your token.
