It is getting more interesting as time goes on that Liverpool doesn't make any transfer at all... I mean we are only 10 days behind the 1st week of the season in the PL. So when do they plan to sign someone? 
I wonder if it is about Arne Slot's not sending any transfer list to the board or something else. I don't think the current squad is enough to stay in the title challenge until the end of the season.
We saw it clearly last season. Of course there is a new coach and we don't know about him yet. Maybe he will handle the team better than Klopp and surprise us all. But the chance of it looks lower than the other possibility to me.
Yes, that's a bit strange, because Arne Slot hasn't taken any steps in this transfer market. Does he feel confident in the existing squad to compete strongly with Arsenal and Manchester City. However, seeing the progress made by Arsenal certainly opens our attention to the fact that Arsenal will be much more confident with their new strength to win the title this season.
There will of course be surprises for Liverpool because the change in coach will make their game difficult to predict this season, but the fans' hope is of course that Liverpool can maintain their good performance in the Premier League or the Champions League.
