I think it's better you create a fresh scam accusation topic and include a little more details, such as the TX ID showing that you made payment to him. You claim that the scammer deleted all the chat history, but in the link you shared, I see some screenshots of chats. Why don't you share those chats too?
I am sorry, I can not tag the user unless you make a proper scam accusation and add more proof showing that you transacted with him and ended up getting scammed.
this guy is the same guy(TheGhostWhoStands now come with other user name and I faced these types of many fake sellers who just try to spoils my reputation and credibilty be by doing that because they have no one customer to sell and try to make again fake screenshots these all screenshots are edited and fake and I dont use this telegram that is completely fake last time he also did like that and I cleared my position because now I am used to to deal with such fake people and last time he also said chat is deleted because he dose not have anything just try to spoils the old and well reputed sellers on this forum this is 2nd time he attacked on me so its my final request to staff kindly keep your forum safe from these fake people and new sellers .Its my only humble request
