What a load of crap. They never even specified the actual reasons as to why your account is suddenly ineligible for KYC verification which just goes to show how unreliable and shady this site truly is.
Guess you won't be able to gamble here anymore, but the silver lining is that you have the opportunity to shift to far better sites out there who don't screw their players over in this manner.
