They have exactly 48 hours to reply on CasinoGuru according to the countdown. I find it funny how they've had complete radio silence regarding this for 5+ days. I'm expecting them to reply and say they're still investigating it and egg it on because they saw I was gambling on the account recently. I'm not placing a single nother bet until I get my withdrawal.
4 scenarios here:
- They come out in the next 72 hours with some crazy accusations or some reason as to why they should not pay me. Calling me a drug dealer or human trafficer or saying I hacked the game or some shit.
- They actually pay me in the next 72 hours
- They say they want to continue their investigation and apologize for a delay (it's already been 2.5 weeks. They just want me to lose it)
- They continue their "investigation", see I'm not folding and not placing a single bet, and finally pay it out in like 1.5 weeks after continued delays even though I won on their own originals.
I heard back from the higher staff of BC, and they assured me that they've pressed their staff to handle your case in a more attentive way.
Just to clarify, from what I understand --though I probably understand things wrongly, hence the clarification-- from my attempt to get this resolved by reaching to several BC staffs and got their answer, the VIP host assigned to you were in active communication with you? So they're not in total silence as the four scenarios above suggested. Or do I understand what they conveyed to me wrongly?
