The classic support experience on BC. Normal "live support" already lets you wait for hours and then gives you draft replies which have nothing to do with what you have asked about, also lying to you.
"VIP" host is just the same story, online all day but no reply, I had the same experience, it's absolutely worthless and BY FAR the worst support you can find in any casino these days.
