My guess is that it's some sort of promotional scam where sender first buys from himsef and price moves up, and then sender distributes that to several different wallets, so someone who doesn't understand what's happening eventually sees the price moving up as no one can even sell it because lack of liquidity, and someone will probably buy it just because it has many holders and price that's moving up.
