This thread belong to gambling section, and if you really want an answer you should contact them directly by email.
Asking questions to their e-mail doesn't lead anywhere, because it's no secret that their customer support doesn't really exist - and even if it did, I already wrote that even 100 agents working 24 hours a day wouldn't be enough for them to answer to all requests.
People on this forum can't help you with that. I don't thing there are freebitco support users here.

Please note the issues with the WoF spins (mentioned in my previous post) are still ongoing.
We are aware of the issues and although we do not yet have a time frame for a resolution, our team is still working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.
There has been an increased volume of customer contact which may impact response times, saying this we have worked hard to ensure every email regarding this matter has been responded to.
Please note any updates will be posted on the forum.
I understand this is frustrating for many and hope to have a resolution very soon.
