The initial problem arose because Todd Boehly put too much pressure on Pochettino to immediately bring Chelsea to their best performance, but Pochettino could not fulfill this demand because it was impossible for him to do so in his first season. Now that the two parties have parted ways and Chelsea have found a new coach, perhaps the demands will return to Enzo Maresca, who is now Chelsea coach.

Todd Boehly expectations are too high, he wants something that a coach can't give in just one season. If it continues like this, Chelsea will have a hard time developing because the coach is working under pressure from management. It is not yet certain what Pochettino experienced will be felt by Enzo Maresca or not, but if Todd Boehly does not give the coach time, the possibility of another coaching change is very large.
I doubt that Maresca is capable of achieving more with Chelsea than Pochettino did. If Alex Ferguson said that he would like to see Pochettino as the Manchester United coach, then this is an indicator that he should be trusted more, but Boehly sees it his own way. I think he also wants only the best for the team and is trying to change something, hoping to find a coach who can make Chelsea a team that can become a champion. The Conference League is not the level that Boehly wants to see.
Pochettino, Maresca, whoever it is - Their vision, not who they are, matters. The vision has been foggy for some time now. You notice those losses throughout preseason? That indicates a more serious issue than just bad luck. Boehly has to quit running after shiny items and concentrate on laying a strong basis. This involves allowing the management actual influence with moves rather than merely handing money to well-known figures unfit for the system.

Though Maresca might not be well-known in households, that might be a benefit. Past mistakes or unwarranted expectations do not weigh him. He can arrive with fresh views and create something genuinely workable.

Chelsea has to start concentrating on the long game instead of running after short fixes. This implies providing the manager actual control, funding young talent, and developing a system capable of regular success. Though it will not be simple, this is the only way to steer this ship around.
