Look at the vote at the top of the topic, not everyone thinks the same as you, and I see that the prevailing opinion is that Arsenal will become champions. I do not agree with this opinion, and I think that last season was the limit of their capabilities for Arsenal, and this time City will not let them be so close. I understand that Arteta really wants to become champions with Arsenal, but as long as City and Guardiola dominate the Premier League, they will be champions. Maybe this is Guardiola's last season in the Premier League, he has not yet decided definitively and will think about it closer to the end of the season.
What is clear is that it will not be easy for any team to be able to dampen Manchester City's ambitions and we can see last season even though they were a few points behind Arsenal in the end The Citizens were still able to shift the team from the city of North London. What is needed now is consistency and Arsenal cannot be said to have that for the past few seasons. Until finally Manchester City managed to lift the title again.
But I have paid enough attention to how Liverpool is with Arne Slot and that will be a tense breakthrough next season. Having a different style from Jurgen Klopp, it seems that Arne Slot will present a different atmosphere and that must be watched out for by Arsenal and Manchester City. I think Pep Guardiola will probably extend his contract with Manchester City and I am very sure as long as he is not tired of breaking other records.

Manchester City have set a standard in the EPL for the past 5 to 6 seasons and to beat them to the EPL trophy, other teams needs to perform above that standard, if only Manchester United could off-load some dead woods according to netizens and bring in quality players with good experience, then they could match City's standards, they showed some class in the FA Cup finals but I doubt if they'll come close to City if they stil find it difficult to off-load those lazy players. Currently, Arsenal are the only club that comes close to matching City's standards, they've proved that in the past two seasons and I think the upcoming season would be great for them and even though they still find it difficult to finish above City, I expect them to win a trophy. Arne Slot looks like a manager with great potential, and if my speculations are right, Liverpool could be one of the tough contenders for the trophy and give City a need to worry about the EPL title. Hopefully, if Liverpool finishes top 4 this coming season, it would be right to say that Jurgen Kloop left the club in good hands.
