Those slides would be a great primer. One can add in additional ones to expand on the points in the manner appropriate for their audience.

  If you don't mind I'd like them as well. I get bugged asked several times a year to give 'technical' talks to the local board of county commisioners here, amongst other things and this would be something new and different to present to them.
