Who is taking bets how long BC will take until they come up with a real reply here? A bet on what they will accuse the player of is also interesting.
Taking such a long time is just ridiculous. They can't blame it on the game provider since OP played on BC originals. This excuse was popular in the other 2 recent complaints. Guess they are still trying to find a way to get out of this without paying, but they are short of ideas. 
There is no explanation for this kind of silence from their part.
