Post-loss speeding is the speed at which a gambler wagers again after losing in gambling. Different studies confirm that gamblers who lost their game start a new game 20% faster than when they won. The player's goals cause this before starting a gambling session. The more a player fails to achieve his goals, the more he loses profusely.

Players whose goals revolve around hitting the jackpot would begin a new round faster, believing it'll fetch them the jackpot. Hence, gamblers need to be cautious with the goals they want to achieve with gambling. If not, they'll have a difficult time controlling Post-loss speeding.

Do you experience post-loss speeding when winning or losing?

IMHO, it's a normal scenario when someone does post-loss speeding. At first tries, those are normal retaliation for every bet that we lose. But then, if it happens very typically and that's how you always react, then there's something wrong with how you manage your emotions from it.

It should be normal for a few tries but when you keep on doing that every time you lose. You know what's coming ahead of you.

I am doing more post-loss speeding and when the opposite happens, I normally stop and I think that other gamblers do that as well when they win.
