Hey, guys! Are any of you emotional gamblers who often lose because you can't control what you feel? When you lose, do you tend to double your bets or chase your losses, driven by a pride that can't accept defeat? Do you consider this a problem? If so, has anyone here been able to solve this kind of problem themselves, and if yes, how did you do it?

I have this problem, and based on my personal experience, I find that sometimes I get challenged but not too greedy because I don't have a problem quitting when I'm winning. However, when I'm losing, that's where my struggle lies.

That's why I shared it here; I feel that some of you may experience the same challenges, and I'd love to hear your ideas or experiences on how to win this battle so we can enjoy gambling.

Gambling is usually a symptom of people's addiction and those who have it are those who experience more losses. And I use some other tricks that save me from gambling losses. I divide my balance into several parts and withdraw from gambling as soon as my balance is finished.

If I face a loss, I fear getting that money back but I am patient. This way I can control myself but it is very difficult because the pain of losing money hurts the brain. That's why all the gamblers who are there are basically using the strategies and experience to definitely win in gambling.

I tried to use a similar strategy, but then there was a certain moment when I was terribly unlucky in poker - my cards could not make a good combination at the last showdown. And I was sure that if I continued to play, adding to my deposit here and now, I would be able to win back. But unfortunately, emotions began to get the better of me and I lost an additional amount.
Therefore, this method of saving money did not work for me.
